There are no changes at the very top of the latest XCnation.com high school boys' and girls' cross country team rankings.

Christian Brothers Academy (New Jersey) continues to dominate on the boys' side, having just completed another unbeaten dual meet season with a perfect 8-0 record that stretched their win streak to 323 straight.  CBA won seven of its eight meets by a perfect 15-50 margin.

Grosse Pointe South (Michigan) is still #1 on the girls' side.

Last week, Steve Zaranek, who started the sports at GPS team back in 1979-80, joined me on the NHSCA Sports Hour to discuss his girls' success this year. Click here to listen to that interview.

Below are the Top 10 teams.  If you want to see the entire Super 50, please click here to go to XCNation.com's rankings page.
